
When you support Stone Cellar, a local company, you are also supporting several other local and sustainable companies. We are creating meals that are good for you and good tasting. We brew gourmet sodas with natural cane sugar instead of artificial sweeteners.

We are coming up with newer healthier entrees, not necessarily calorie-wise, although we have those too, but healthier in terms of food free from hormones, steroids and other unknowns. Stone Villa Wine Cellars opened to the public in August of 2000, and is located on 150 acres of picturesque land in the foothills of the Laurel Highlands. We are passionate about making our food, our beer, our community, and the lives of those that eat and drink here better. Stone Cellar is helping to lead the charge in the community to be more sustainable, support local businesses and local citizens, strive towards the offering of only organic fruits and vegetables, and buying from companies with certified humane practices. It is not a goal we strive for, it’s a passionate position we are living and improving every day. Most businesses have a mission or vision statement, Stone Cellar Brewpub has a philosophy. Stone Cellar Guard Station is a remote cabin located at an elevation of 9,500 feet, just outside the boundary of La Garita Wilderness in Saguache Park in the Rio Grande National Forest. Immediately we went to work to reformat the food and drinks menu as well as the décor. In 2004 we finally took the next step and made our dreams reality by purchasing Adler Brau Restaurant & Brewery. Serving a variety of culinary dishes featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steak. In 1995 we started taking steps towards opening our own brewpub (a restaurant that makes its’ own beer on premise). The Stone Cellar is a polished, casual dining atmosphere open for lunch and dinner.

Tom and Steve started a retail store specializing in home beer, wine and soda making in April, of 1993.
